Thank you for purchasing from FX Crack through fxcrack.com.
FX Crack sells digital products, including Expert Advisors, indicators, automated trading tools, software files, presets, and related services. Because these products are delivered digitally and cannot normally be physically returned, refunds are only available under the specific conditions stated in this policy.
By purchasing or downloading any product from FX Crack, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Seven-Day Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date.
The 7-day period begins when the payment is successfully completed, not when the customer downloads, installs, or begins using the product.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period will normally not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered when the purchased product has a confirmed technical defect and FX Crack support is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement.
A refund may be approved when:
The product cannot be downloaded from the provided link.
The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product cannot be opened or installed despite following the provided instructions.
The product contains a confirmed technical defect.
The product does not operate as described after the correct installation, platform, settings, and requirements have been used.
FX Crack support cannot fix the confirmed issue.
FX Crack cannot provide a working replacement, corrected file, or reasonable technical solution.
A refund is not automatically approved merely because a request is submitted within 7 days. The issue must first be reviewed and confirmed by FX Crack support.
3. Technical Support Before Refund
Before a refund is approved, the customer must allow FX Crack support a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the reported issue.
Our support team may provide:
Installation assistance.
Correct setup instructions.
Updated product files.
Replacement files.
Alternative download links.
Recommended settings.
Platform compatibility assistance.
Broker or symbol configuration guidance.
A replacement version of the purchased product.
The customer may be asked to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before the refund request is reviewed.
4. Required Evidence
Customers reporting a technical issue must provide sufficient information for FX Crack to investigate the problem.
The requested information may include:
Full name.
Order number.
Purchase email address.
Product name.
Purchase date.
Payment method.
Screenshot or screen recording of the issue.
Exact error message.
MetaTrader Journal tab screenshot.
MetaTrader Experts tab screenshot.
MetaTrader version.
Broker name.
Account type.
Trading symbol.
Chart timeframe.
Product settings.
Confirmation that automated trading is enabled.
Confirmation that DLL imports are enabled where required.
Confirmation that all installation instructions were followed.
Customers must hide passwords, card information, private keys, account credentials, and other sensitive information before submitting screenshots or recordings.
Failure or refusal to provide reasonable evidence may result in the refund request being declined.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided when:
The customer changes their mind after purchasing or receiving the product.
The customer simply no longer wants the product.
The customer is not satisfied with trading performance or results.
The product does not generate the profit expected by the customer.
The customer experiences a trading loss.
The customer does not have sufficient funds to trade.
The customer purchased the wrong product without reviewing the product description.
The customer purchased an MT4 product but requires MT5, or purchased an MT5 product but requires MT4.
The customer uses an unsupported platform, operating system, broker, account type, symbol, or timeframe.
The customer uses incorrect or modified settings.
The customer does not follow the installation or setup instructions.
The customer does not enable required MetaTrader permissions.
The customer refuses to allow FX Crack support to investigate the issue.
The customer refuses to provide screenshots, recordings, logs, or error details.
The customer's broker blocks or restricts the trading strategy.
The product is affected by spread, slippage, commission, latency, VPS performance, internet connection, or market conditions.
The customer expects a fixed number of trades, fixed profit, win rate, or return.
The product works correctly but does not meet the customer's personal expectations.
The product has already been shared, copied, redistributed, resold, uploaded, or provided to another person.
The refund request is submitted after the 7-day period.
The order cannot be verified.
The customer provides false, edited, or misleading evidence.
Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
The customer has already received a refund, exchange, or replacement for the same order.
6. Trading Performance Is Not a Technical Defect
Expert Advisors and automated trading products operate in changing financial markets.
Different customers may receive different results because of factors including:
Market conditions.
Broker execution.
Account balance.
Account type.
Leverage.
Spread.
Commission.
Slippage.
Trading symbol.
Symbol suffix or prefix.
VPS location and latency.
Internet connection.
Risk settings.
Lot size.
Trading timeframe.
MetaTrader version.
Broker restrictions.
Prop-firm rules.
A losing trade, drawdown, low trade frequency, delayed trade, missed trade, or lower-than-expected profit does not automatically mean that the product is defective.
FX Crack does not guarantee any specific profit, win rate, trade frequency, drawdown, monthly return, or successful prop-firm challenge.
7. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and system requirements before purchasing.
Product compatibility may depend on:
MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5.
Windows computer or Windows VPS.
Required indicators or supporting files.
DLL permissions.
Broker restrictions.
Account type.
Symbol name.
Symbol suffix or prefix.
Minimum deposit.
Minimum lot size.
Leverage.
Spread.
Trading timeframe.
Hedging permissions.
Prop-firm restrictions.
FX Crack does not guarantee that every product will work with every broker, prop firm, account type, VPS, or trading environment.
Compatibility issues caused by an unsupported customer environment are not considered product defects.
8. Incorrect Product or Platform Version
Customers must confirm the product name and platform version before completing the purchase.
If the customer purchases the wrong version, such as MT4 instead of MT5, FX Crack may offer a replacement or exchange where the correct version is available.
A refund is not guaranteed when the customer purchases the wrong version without checking the product description.
Any price difference between the original product and replacement product may be charged or refunded where applicable.
9. Duplicate Purchases
If the same customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, the duplicate order may be refunded after verification.
The customer must contact FX Crack within 7 days and provide both order numbers.
This does not apply when separate purchases were intentionally made for different accounts, licenses, customers, or services.
10. Product Replacement
FX Crack may provide a replacement instead of a refund when:
The original file is corrupted.
The wrong file was delivered.
An updated version is available.
A compatible version is available.
The technical issue can be resolved through another version.
A working replacement product can reasonably resolve the problem.
If a working replacement is provided and operates correctly, the order will normally not qualify for a refund.
11. Digital Product Delivery
A digital order is considered delivered when any of the following occurs:
A download link is displayed on the website.
A download link is sent by email.
The file becomes available in the customer's account.
The product is sent through Telegram or another support channel.
License details or account access are provided.
A third-party download link is supplied.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam folder, customer account, and official support messages.
A delay caused by an incorrect customer email address or failure to check delivery messages does not automatically qualify for a refund.
12. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted through the official support method displayed on fxcrack.com.
The request must include:
Order number.
Customer name.
Purchase email.
Product name.
Description of the technical issue.
Relevant screenshots or recordings.
Journal and Experts tab screenshots where applicable.
Steps already taken to resolve the issue.
The refund request date will be based on the date and time the request is first received by FX Crack.
Repeatedly submitting the same request through multiple channels may delay the investigation.
13. Refund Review Process
After receiving a refund request, FX Crack will:
Verify the order and payment.
Confirm that the request was submitted within 7 days.
Review the reported technical issue.
Review the evidence provided by the customer.
Provide troubleshooting or technical support where appropriate.
Attempt to provide a corrected file or working replacement.
Confirm whether the issue is a genuine product defect.
Approve or decline the refund request.
Refund decisions will be based on the product condition, provided evidence, support history, and the terms stated in this policy.
14. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method where technically possible.
The time required for the refund to appear depends on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, cryptocurrency network, or payment provider.
FX Crack is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
15. Payment Processing Fees
Where permitted by applicable law, the following charges may be non-refundable:
Card-processing fees.
Payment gateway fees.
Bank charges.
Cryptocurrency network fees.
Blockchain gas fees.
Currency-conversion charges.
Third-party transaction fees.
The approved refund amount may therefore be lower than the original payment amount where non-refundable processing costs were charged.
16. Cryptocurrency Refunds
Cryptocurrency transactions are normally irreversible.
If a cryptocurrency refund is approved, the customer may be asked to provide a valid wallet address.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the wallet address and network are correct.
FX Crack is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or incompatible network provided by the customer.
Cryptocurrency network fees, exchange charges, and conversion losses may be deducted from the refund amount.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact FX Crack support and complete the refund review process before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a customer files a chargeback while a refund request is under review, the direct refund process may be paused until the payment provider completes its investigation.
FX Crack may provide the following information to the payment provider:
Order details.
Payment records.
Product delivery records.
Download records.
Customer communication.
Support history.
Product description.
Refund Policy.
Evidence showing that the product was delivered or working.
Fraudulent chargebacks or false payment disputes may result in account termination, license cancellation, restriction from future purchases, and reporting to the relevant payment provider.
18. Refund Policy Abuse
FX Crack reserves the right to investigate suspected refund abuse.
Refund abuse may include:
Repeatedly purchasing products and requesting refunds.
Downloading or copying products before requesting a refund.
Sharing or reselling products and then requesting a refund.
Using multiple accounts to avoid restrictions.
Providing false technical evidence.
Filing false payment disputes.
Using unauthorized or stolen payment methods.
Claiming that a working product is defective without providing evidence.
Confirmed abuse may result in:

19. Bundles and Discounted Products
Products purchased through bundles, discount codes, promotional offers, or sales are subject to the same refund conditions.
For bundle purchases, FX Crack may:
Replace the defective product.
Refund the affected product's reasonable value.
Refund the complete bundle where appropriate.
Free products, bonuses, complimentary files, and promotional gifts do not have a separate cash refund value.
20. Memberships and Subscriptions
Customers may cancel recurring memberships or subscriptions to prevent future charges.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment that has already been completed.
A refund request for the latest subscription payment must be submitted within 7 days and must meet the applicable refund conditions.
Previous subscription periods are non-refundable unless there was an incorrect or duplicate charge.
21. Custom Services
Custom services may include:
EA modifications.
Custom development.
Source-code services.
License modifications.
Installation services.
Custom setup files.
Account-specific configuration.
File conversion.
Private technical work.
Once custom work has started, payments may be non-refundable because time, labour, and technical resources have already been used.
If FX Crack cannot deliver the agreed custom service, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the completed work.
Any special refund conditions for custom services should be agreed upon before work begins.
22. Third-Party Issues
FX Crack is not responsible for problems caused by third-party platforms or services, including:
MetaTrader updates.
Broker servers.
Broker restrictions.
Prop-firm restrictions.
VPS providers.
Hosting providers.
Antivirus software.
Windows security settings.
Internet service providers.
Payment gateways.
File-hosting services.
Cryptocurrency networks.
FX Crack will make reasonable efforts to provide technical guidance or an alternative solution where possible.
A problem caused solely by a third-party service is not automatically considered a defect in the FX Crack product.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer laws provide additional rights, those legal rights will apply.
24. Changes to This Refund Policy
FX Crack may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will become effective when the updated policy is published on fxcrack.com.
The refund terms applicable to an order will normally be the terms displayed at the time the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
